Across all of Istanbul, without scaffolding. We reach your facade the same day using rope access — no ground occupied, no disruption to residents.
Any hard-to-reach point on your building’s exterior falls within our scope. If you need something not listed below, write to us — we will inspect the facade and assess feasibility together.
A dirty facade affects more than appearance — it shortens the life of the cladding. We select the method and cleaning agent to suit the surface, so the cladding is never damaged.

Learn more → — 03Damp patches and water stains inside flats usually originate from worn facade joints. The old sealant is removed completely, the surface cleaned, and new sealant applied.
Learn more → — 04Falling render and bulging insulation become a falling-object hazard over time. Unsafe sections are removed under control and the surface rebuilt, always prioritising points that threaten safety.
Learn more → — 05Pigeon droppings corrode cladding and create a hygiene problem. We fit discreet spike barriers and netting to ledges, balcony soffits and air-conditioning units.
Learn more → — 06There is no need to hire a crane or erect scaffolding to install equipment on a facade. From signage to AC condensers, installation is completed far faster on rope.
Learn more → — 07A permanent anchor system for everyone working on the roof or facade. EN 795 compliant horizontal lifeline design, installation and the mandatory annual inspection.
Learn more →The work itself usually takes a few days. Erecting scaffolding, leaving it up and dismantling it takes weeks — and for that entire period your facade is covered and your car park is occupied.

A residential glass curtain wall and an industrial panel facade are not cleaned the same way. The work plan changes with building type, cladding material and how intensively the building is used.
We do not quote without seeing the facade. Surface type, floor count, anchor conditions and scope can only be determined on site. The survey is chargeable, but the survey fee is deducted from the total if we carry out the work.
We take the district, floor count, cladding type and the work you have in mind. Most questions are resolved at this stage.

Scope, materials, estimated duration and price are set out in writing. Anything outside scope is stated explicitly.
On the day, anchors are rigged, all equipment is inspected, the ground area below is cordoned off and work begins.
We inspect the facade together, remove all equipment and hand the site back clean.
OBZ Rope Access carries out facade and work-at-height projects across Istanbul. We are a young team and we say so openly. What we put forward is not years on the clock but our certification and our method — both of which can be verified.
The Industrial Rope Access Trade Association sets the globally recognised standard for rope access. A significant share of teams working in this field in Türkiye do not hold it.
The official certificate evidencing work-at-height competence. It covers equipment use, anchor rigging and emergency response.
Occupational health and safety training. It underpins the pre-work risk assessment and the site safety plan.
We publish every completed job here with building type, floor count, district and duration. Before-and-after photographs appear on the same page.

We have gathered what people ask before commissioning facade work: how the method works, where legal responsibility sits, what drives the price and how often a facade needs cleaning.
