When paint fails early on a facade, the cause is almost never the paint. The stage that decides the outcome is the preparation nobody sees.
The facade is worked on rope; bulging areas, cracks and damp points are marked.
Dirt, algae and loose layers are taken off.
Cracks and lost render are made good with the appropriate material.
After a primer that evens out absorption, usually two topcoats are applied, respecting drying times.
Painting is more weather-sensitive than cleaning. Rain, high humidity, extreme temperatures and strong wind make application impossible. Quotes therefore include a weather allowance — a sign of realistic planning, not of delay.
We recommend a small trial patch on the facade before full application. Colour reads differently from a swatch once daylight and scale are involved.
With rope access the facade is completed section by section, so there is no need to live with a covered facade and closed car park for weeks.
